I was a bit disappointed with our room placement as we ended up on the 3rd floor without a lift, despite requesting a ground floor room due to our health issues. The room itself was a bit dated but still clean and had a lovely balcony overlooking the peaceful pool. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always attentive and efficient. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and bars, and within walking distance to the beach. The dining options were varied and satisfying. Overall, a good stay but with some room for improvement.

The hotel had some sun in the rooms and decent TV channels, but suffered from thin walls and noisy guests. It looked basic but decent, and we were eager to grab some food right away. The hotel offers nice added benefits, with a separate bathroom, small kitchen, and an open lounge leading to the patio.

The rooms were basic but looked decent, and we appreciated the sun and TV channels. However, the thin walls and noise from other guests were a bit bothersome. We quickly dropped our bags and headed out for food.

The service was fine overall. The boulevard bar seemed understaffed, leading to queues. The a la carte restaurant, though, was a highlight for us, and as premium guests, we could book multiple nights, which we enjoyed. I would rate the service as 7 due to occasional queues and some issues observed.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the beaches and shops. There are plenty of supermarkets and gift shops around, making it convenient for guests. While a redesign could enhance the experience further, the proximity to the beach and shops is a major plus.

The dining experience had a wide selection of foods, but the cooking quality was inconsistent. We found some dishes poorly cooked, like cold food, rubbery eggs, and inedible bacon. Despite this, we enjoyed the breakfast offerings, especially the English bacon. The quality of some items prevented us from fully enjoying the meals.
